TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Federal prosecutors say a southern New Jersey man who took pornographic photos of two young Pennsylvania children and then distributed the pictures online has been sentenced to 22 years in prison.
Twenty-six-year-old Dwayne Tucker of Berkeley Township also admitted possessing more than 600 images of child porn that were seized when authorities searched his Ocean County home in December 2010. He eventually pleaded guilty to a complaint charging him with production and possession of child porn.
Prosecutors say Tucker took pornographic photos of the two children, ages 6 and 3, and distributed the pictures online to other individuals between 2008 and 2010.
Under the sentence imposed Friday, Tucker will be under lifetime supervision once he’s freed from prison.
