WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) — New Castle County Police have arrested a Wilmington, Delaware man they say fired several gunshots from the rear of his home toward I-95.

The incident happened late Thursday night at the home of Brian Szymanski in the 1300 block of Tulane Road in the community of Green Acres, approximately 100 yards away from I-95.

Police say they responded to reports from residents who heard gunshots and saw the 46-year-old Szymanski coming out of the back of his home with a shotgun. Reports say Szymanski then went inside, but came out again and fired more gunshots that sounded like they came from a handgun this time.
