ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Authorities in Pennsylvania say a man tried to lure a real estate agent to a secluded model home so he could sexually assault her.
The Lehigh County District Attorney’s office said Friday that 29-year-old Frank Yeager of Sellersville, Bucks County, is charged with attempted rape.
Police say the real estate agent was unharmed in the Nov. 25 attempt because she refused to go upstairs with Yeager, who had lied about a water leak in the model home.
Investigators say they traced the license plate number of Yeager’s truck and found drawings and handwritten notes at his home detailing his plans.
He was sent to Lehigh County Prison on $500,000 bail. An attorney listing for him couldn’t be found.
