Route 1 Crash in East Falls
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating a bus accident in the city’s East Falls neighborhood Monday afternoon.
The accident happened on Route 1 northbound near Ridge Avenue at around 3:30 p.m. Police say a Route 61 SEPTA bus, with no passengers, crashed. It’s not clear if there are any other vehicles involved.
The bus driver suffered minor back and neck injuries.
Route 1 north is closed at Ridge Avenue.
