BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) – The 17-year-old senior who was struck by a car Thursday while walking to the bus stop has succumbed to his injuries. (see related story)
Police confirm that Ryan Viola has passed away.

He was hit by a 54-year-old, Northeast Philadelphia woman Wednesday morning near Bensalem Boulevard and Port Side Drive.

Police say the driver had a non-valid driver’s license. No charges have been reported.
