TRENTON, N.J. (CBS) — A South Jersey woman was the winner of a $1-million in Saturday’s Powerball drawing.
The woman, who was not immediately identified, purchased her winning ticket at Blitz’s Market in Cape May County. She matched all five white balls correctly, earning her the million dollar prize.
“I go with my sisters to Florida each year,” she said. “So I guess I’ll be treating them this year.”
The ticket was one of two second prize, $1-million winning tickets sold in New Jersey.
The winning numbers for the Saturday’s drawing were: 22, 32, 37, 44 and 50. The Red Power Ball number was 34.
There was no top prize winner from Saturday’s drawing, allowing the Powerball jackpot to roll to a record $425-million for Wednesday night’s drawing.
