PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man with dementia who’s been missing since Wednesday.

Authorities say 68-year-old Joseph Brown was last seen around 1:30 Wednesday afternoon at the Gallery in Center City.

Although Brown lives in the 500 block of E. Mayland Street in Germantown, Police say he may be found in Yeadon, Delaware County — in the 800 block of Parmley Avenue, or the 700 block of Church Lane.

Joseph Brown is African American, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs about 145 pounds, and has white curly hair. When last seen, he was wearing a navy blue jacket, blue sweatshirt, grey pants, black and grey sneakers, and a black baseball cap.

Anyone with information on Brown’s whereabouts is asked to call Northwest Detectives at 215-686-3353, or 911.
