PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today’s APP-tastic and outta SITE – Scout.

Apple’s new Maps program isn’t exactly flawless, so it helps to have a backup these days. Scout lets both drivers and pedestrians find where they’re going, with other bells and whistles, such as voice activation, turn-by-turn navigation and reviews of select destinations.

If you’re not using iOS6 yet, it may not be essential, but if you’ve already made the upgrade, this could prevent you from getting lost.
