PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Popular Philly relationship blogger-turned-author Anna Goldfarb is known for her honest and humorous look at the single life and dating.

Her new book, “Clearly I Didn’t Think This Through” has just been released.

“Clearly I didn’t think this through” is about more than just sucking at being an adult explains founder of the popular “Shmitten Kitten” blog, and now author, Anna Goldfarb.

“A lot of my book is about that kind of frustration of not being able to connect with the type of guys that I like. It’s also about how I can’t really find a job ever and its about moving back home with my parents and how I reconcile that with my own ego.”

How is this book different from the blog?

“When I first conceived of the book, it was more like my dating horror stories, because I’m like really good at being bad at dating. But as I was writing it, I realized there was so much more going on in my life. So then my book transformed into this comprehensive narrative.”
