Sex Offender Arrested At Willingboro Library For Harassment
WILLINGBORO, NJ (CBS) – A sex offender is under arrest after an incident at the Willingboro Public Library that happened on Saturday.
Around 1:03 p.m., police were called to the library by a parent, who was concerned that a man had been following some of the children around the library and making them feel uncomfortable.
Police located the man, 44-year-old Robert Custodio of Eastampton, sitting at a computer in the Young Adult Section of the library and viewing inappropriate content online.
Custodio was charged with Harassment and Failure to Register as a sex offender under Megan's Law and placed in the Burlington County Jail on $25,000.00 bail.
The incident remains under investigation.
