PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – On today’s APP-tastic and Outta SITE – 10K Runner.
If you’re not a runner, it’s hard to get motivated – even when you have a goal you’re working towards, like a big road race. 10K Runner, though, is a tool that can help you get there at a pace that won’t frustrate you or burn you out.
Over 14 weeks, the training app will guide you in 3 runs per week, to a point where you can finish a 10K. It’s done through a walk-run-walk pace that will push you, but not break you.
