PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police are investigating another shooting in the city’s Cobbs Creek neighborhood.

It happened a little after 9:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Millick Street.

Police say a 28-year-old man was shot in the lower abdomen. He was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he later died, according to police.

The suspect, who is described as a black male, was wearing a hoodie and black jeans. He was last seen fleeing southbound on Millick Street on foot.

No weapons have been recovered. The investigation continues.
