PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – If your daily cup of coffee is starting to eat into your budget, this is your lucky week.
In honor of National Coffee Week, three chains are giving away free cups.
Krispy Kreme’s four area locations will be giving away free 12-oz. cups on Saturday, Sept. 29—National Coffee Day. 7-Eleven outposts will offer free 20-oz. cups from 6 – 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 28. And at McDonald’s, customers can snag a free small cup of Premium Roast every day this week through Saturday.
International Coffee Day is Sept. 29 and apparently began back in 2005.
