Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus To Hold First Fall Ball

By Lynne Adkins

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The Philadelphia Gay Men's Chorus is holding its first Fall Ball on October 13th.

The black tie optional masquerade event takes place at the Ethical Society Building on Rittenhouse Square and Executive Board Director Avery Taylor says the money raised will help the group put on concerts in the community.

"We have also played at universities and high schools through out the Philadelphia region, to audiences of young people, and we are stepping up our youth initiative program in that we're offering complementary tickets to GLTB youths through out the region," says Taylor.

The ball will feature live music, silent auctions and raffles. You can buy tickets at pgmc.org.
