PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A pedestrian was hit and killed along Route 30 in Burlington County early Sunday morning, according to authorities.

The person was struck at the intersection of Route 130 and John Galt Way in Florence Township just after midnight. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say it was not a hit and run, but it’s unclear what led to the accident and how the person was hit.

The victim has not yet been identified. No charges have been filed.
