PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Roosevelt Boulevard southbound in Northeast Philadelphia is jammed Tuesday evening due to police activity.
Authorities have blocked off several streets in the area and are detouring traffic at F Street.
It’s not clear why authorities have blocked off the area.
