PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today’s APP-tastic and outta-SITE – Voicepic.

Tagging someone in a photo on Facebook is one thing, but Voicepic lets you take things to a whole new level.

Rather than just writing a caption, the app lets you add written – and audio – captions to pictures, giving them an added layer of complexity and fun. From there, you can upload them directly to your Facebook timeline to share with friends. You’ll have up to five seconds to record your thoughts.
