Police: Gunman Opens Fire On Chinese Restaurant, Injures 1 Man

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia Police say a gunman opened fire on a Chinese takeout restaurant, overnight, shooting one man in the back and the leg.
The gunman opened fire into the front of the Red Star Chinese takeout restaurant on the 4900 block of Old York Road in the city's Logan section, then ran away on foot, according to police.
The victim is in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries at Albert Einstein Medical Center.
So far, police have no suspects.
