Surveillance Camera Captures Cab Driver Apparently Defecating On Street

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A Philadelphia taxi cab driver’s license was suspended after being caught on surveillance camera apparently defecating on the street.

It happened on the 1800 block of Bainbridge Street last Friday morning. The video shows the Freedom Taxi cab driver pull over to the side of the road, get out of the car and squat down behind the car door.

Freedom Taxi will not release the identity of the driver but says the driver has been relieved of his obligations and is no longer being dispatched by the company.

Philadelphia Parking Authority spokesperson Marty O’Rourke says the driver has the potential to lose his license pending the conclusion of an investigating conducted by PPA’s Taxicab and Limo Division.
