DOVER, Del. (CBS) – A Delaware man was arrested for sexual solicitation of a child and unrelated weapons charges.

Authorities say they received a call from the parent of a 14-year-old female victim Wednesday, June 27th.

According to authorities, the parent reported that an acquaintance of the family had sexually solicited her daughter.

After an investigation, police found that 41-year-old Len Lancaster, of Dover, had approached the victim three separate times, showing her pornography and offering money in exchange for her to perform sexual acts on him.

Lancaster was arrested on Thursday and charged with three counts of sexual solicitation of a child under 18, two counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person prohibited, and possession of a deadly weapon by person prohibited.

He was released after posting $18,500 secured bond.
