    PHILADELPHIA (CBS) –     A fire that broke out on a pier along the Delaware River has been placed under control.

    The trash fire started at about 6 a.m. Tuesday on the pier near Tasker Avenue and Columbus Blvd.

    No injuries were reported and the fire was placed under control within 20 minutes.
