CHELTENHAM, Pa. (CBS) – Fire officials are investigating the cause of a blaze that gutted an abandoned country club in Montgomery County late Sunday night.
The fire started at about 11 p.m. inside an abandoned clubhouse at a former country club on Limekiln Pike in Cheltenham Township.
According to fire officials, the two-alarm fire ripped through the clubhouse of a former country club that had occupied the site in the 1950’s.
The fire was placed under control at about 3 a.m.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
