PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A 1-year-old girl who fell out of the window of a home on Saturday morning is reportedly in stable condition.
Around 8:40 a.m., the baby fell out of the rear third floor window of a house on N 12th Street in Philadelphia. She was transported to Einstein Hospital and then St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, where she is in stable condition.
Officers credit her survival to the pile of trash that broke her fall.
It is not clear whether the parents or caretakers will be charged.
