PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – It’s a big free fan weekend at Citizens Bank Park.
On Saturday, fans can take part in the 2nd annual e-cycling event. Maryann Gettis, Phillies manager of marketing initiatives says you can drop off small used electronics you don’t want any more in the park’s lot ‘S’ off Pattison Avenue.
“Fans will be able to drop off televisions, computers, CPUs, VCRs, DVDs, cell phones etc. It’s from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on April 21st.”
Gettis says Sunday is for green thumbs.
“Fans can register in advance for a free tree. The website is Phillies.com/RedGoesGreen. And you sign up for a tree. They are small, medium and large and you would pick up on April 22nd.”
You must sign up so an arborist can call you and select the appropriate tree for your yard.
