Car, Not Gunshot, Killed Man During Rap Video Filming In Olney

By Mike Dougherty

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say man who died during the filming of a rap video in Olney Thursday was not shot, as was initially reported.

Authorities thought the man was shot in the head then run over by a car. The medical examiner did not find any bullet wound during the autopsy.

The victim apparently tripped and fell before being run over as more than 100 people watched.

Police say there were shots fired as the crowd scattered and officers arrested three men with guns who may face weapons charges, but not murder charges.

The driver of the car has cooperated with police and it is unclear if charges will be filed.
