PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia Police and the FBI are searching for the man they say robbed a Citizens Bank Saturday afternoon.

Police say at about 1:45 p.m., the suspect pictured entered the bank located inside a supermarket in the 2100 block of Cottman Avenue and presented a threatening demand note to the teller. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled on foot.

The man is described as white, in his early 20s, about 5’8” tall, medium build, with close cropped sandy brown hair and scruffy facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

There may be a reward for information leading to this subject’s capture, and tipsters can remain anonymous. Anyone with information is asked to call the police.
