PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A vehicle crashed into a ShopRite in the city’s Torresdale neighborhood Tuesday afternoon.

Police were called out to the 9900 block of Frankford Avenue a little before 4 p.m. after they received reports that a car crashed into one of the pillars in front of the store.

It’s not known how exactly the car collided with the post, but police are on scene investigating.

Authorities say one person was transported to Aria-Health Torresdale Campus for treatment. The extent of that person’s injuries is unknown at this time.
