Wilmington Police Arrest Two For Spraying Graffiti

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Police in Wilmington say they've arrested two people after they were caught spraying graffiti on several businesses.

Police say a resident reported suspicious activity around 2 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of North Union Street. When police arrived they found two women and a man spraying graffiti.

The group fled, but police were able to catch and arrest 37-year-old Paul Sawczuk and 25-year-old Jamie Kreider. Police say the pair had several spray paint cans in their possession and that they face a series of charges.

Damage is estimated at $1,200.
