  1. THE TRUTH says:

Every time you hear a police crashing their car into a tree or a vehicle, they always assume these guys chasing a criminal. How about they were being negligent. They need to be more responsible for their action? Running a red light when there’s no emergency. Breaking laws when we all know they should be enforcing the law. Don’t act above the law! This is the culture that Philadelphia Police have. In order to make a change, we have to start from the top. Plus, half of the police that are staffed have a H.S. degree. Trying to bring new recruits with a college degree won’t get rid of half that has a HS. degree that are staffed now. Some if ask the law, don’t have a clue about the law. They create their own law just because they have a badge on! TIME 4 A CHANGE!
