Philadelphia Police Seek Public's Help In Locating Woman With Special Needs

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police seek the public's help in locating a woman with special needs who was last seen on Thursday.

At about 8 p.m., Juanita Baker-Ross was last seen at her home in the 2000 block of East Ann Street. Baker-Ross has special needs and frequently walks around the surrounding areas of Frankford Avenue and Tioga Street, according to authorities.

She is black, 32 years old, 5'9", about 165 lbs with a medium build. She was last seen wearing light blue jeans with a gold floral print down the legs, a short sleeved black and gold v-neck T-shirt and pink and white Hello Kitty slippers.
