WILMINGTON, Del. (CBS) – Police in Delaware are continuing their intense search for a female suspect who robbed a convenience store last month.
The robbery happened at about 11:20 p.m. on December 16th at the Cumberland Farms store on Concord Pike in Wilmington.
According to investigators, the suspect entered the store and approached a male employee at the sales counter.
Authorities say the suspect placed her hand under her sweatshirt, implied that she had a gun and demanded money. The employee complied and handed the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect then ran out of the store.
The suspect is described as a white female, 5’4″ tall and between 120-130 lbs. She was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with “HURLEY” printed on the back and blue jeans.
