Pizza Delivery Drivers Being Targeted In Camden County

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say robbers are targeting pizza delivery drivers in Camden County.

Prosecutor Warren Faulk says an 18-year-old Pizza Hut employee was severely beaten and robbed while trying to make a delivery at an abandoned home in Lawnside on Sunday.

Faulk says a 33-year-old employee of Seasons Pizza felt a hard object pressed against his back and was robbed while trying to make a delivery in Magnolia on Monday.

The prosecutor says it appears there are at least two men committing the robberies.

It is terrible and besides, it shows just how stupid these people are. What of any real value can you get from a pizza delivery person? They might have $20 in change on them at best. You can earn that in three hours working at MacDonalds.

Camden County makes Burlington and Gloucester counties look like peaceful paradise.Camden county has a rotting remains of a city and aging no longer attractive suburbs. What better reason to move to Nevada.
