The frightening ordeal began when four armed suspects invaded a home in the 6500 block of Hegerman Street. The suspects stole cash and assaulted the victim’s family.

The suspects then forced the victim into a car at gunpoint and drove him to the Quick Stop Convenience store on Torresdale Avenue, where the victim worked.

The suspects then stole cash from the store’s registers before fleeing the scene.

The victim described the suspects as three black males and one white male. The victim was not seriously injured.

So far, no arrests have been made. Investigators are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the store’s cameras.

this is their business. i’m talking about the low lifes that commited the crime. bet you they are local. at least one of them is, they have watched your patterns and routines. I’ve received some short training in protecting oneself from before taking an overseas assignment. didn’t think i would need to use it here in the US but you have anymore, especially if you are a business owner. be aware of your surroundings, always. look to see who’s standing around and make note of a description, maybe nothing, maybe that you see the same person or same car outside your door lately. don’t take the same route or leave the same time everyday. you may not notice the mundane things in your life but these thugs do. they could tell you who’s car is who’s, who’s home at a particular time, how many people live in your house. etc. they don’t work, they’re prime job is to feed off of you. so they have plenty of time to hang out, observe what’s going on in the area, check out your routines.
