PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – On today’s APP-tastic and outta SITE — the Color app, which straddles the line between cool and creepy.

Using location-based technology, the color app looks for other people within 150 feet who also have it on their smartphone. Then it shares your photos with everyone — and you get theirs, too. Could be good at a baseball game — maybe a bit disconcerting at other times. Call it mobile voyeurism?

The creators say it’s all about sharing.
