Changing Of The Guard At The Sixers

Today the deal was made official and the new management of the Sixers was introduced at the Palestra today. The new plan includes cutting prices 50 percent for single game tickets, in an attempt to win back fans.
Good move, but the players still have to show up on the court. Even in the best of times, the Sixers were not always selling out the arena. Be warned, the tickets that are being sold for a discount are not exactly court side seats. Still, good family entertainment is now more affordable and who can argue with that.
This is a franchise that has for the most part lost money since its run to the NBA Finals in 2001 and I think this is a very smart move.
Now that the management is situated, the question is, when will the season start?
