PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A downed tree in Chester County is causing major traffic delays for Amtrak passengers Friday afternoon.
Crews are working to remove a tree which toppled over several overhead wires near Paoli.
Amtrak passengers should expect 40-minute up to hour delays on the Keystone Service between Philadelphia and Harrisburg, according to Amtrak officials.
Passengers who paid for travel on a canceled train may contact Amtrak for a refund or may reschedule.
