Delaware Man Dead After Being Hit By Amtrak Train
NEWARK, Del. (CBS) – One person is dead after a fatal pedestrian collision with a southbound Amtrak train in Delaware.
On Saturday just before 6 p.m., the incident on the tracks behind the 200 block of Interchange Boulevard was reported to the Newark Police Department.
The victim is an unidentified white male. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing. There are no further details at this time.
