EASTON, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania woman has turned herself in to face charges she fraudulently obtained thousands in donations by faking a leukemia diagnoses for her baby.

The Morning Call of Allentown reports 22-year-old Arielle Lucinda Poor turned herself in Wednesday morning to face charges including theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Prosecutors say Poor may have collected more than $10,000 in donations by claiming her daughter, Myah, was terminally ill with leukemia and aplastic anemia.

District Attorney John Morganelli said last month the baby had a Facebook page to raise money for medical bills and a YouTube video that solicited donations.

The Morning Call report says Poor is scheduled for arraignment later Wednesday.
