College Football: West Chester Travels to Shippensburg on Saturday

WEST CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) -  The West Chester Golden Rams are now 2-3 on the season, after last weekend's 34-23 loss to CW Post.

West Chester will try to get back to .500 on Saturday when they visit PSAC rival Shippensburg University.

West Chester head coach Bill Zwaan says the loss to CW Post was a tough one.

"We had a couple of tough interceptions that led to touchdowns," he admits.  "We ended up with four turnovers in the game and they had none, so that was really the difference.  Post is a good team, and we just didn't play very well when we needed to."

Zwaan adds that it doesn't get any easier this week with the 3-2 Raiders:

"They are coming off a really good win against Kutztown last week (49-7).  The defense is tough because they do all kinds of different looks against you and they'll blitz you, give you some problems that way.  And offensively this year they've changed their offense -- they are no longer a wing-T team, they are in a spread offense that, again, gives you problems because of different formational things they are doing."
