CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ (CBS) — Book-lovers will have a field day at a huge sale in Camden County on October 13th, 14th and 15th.
The annual Fall Book Sale at the Camden County Library System’s Voorhees branch on Laurel Oak Road will have something for everyone. Branch Manager William Brahms says everything’s for sale at rock bottom prices.
“Fifty-cents to $3 everything is priced, it’s books that have been donated to the library, or the library has gotten rid of or can’t use. We usually have 30 – 50,000 items, and it’s not just books, it’s books, CDs, DVDs, records, any kind of media,” Brahms explains.
He claims that through book sales, the library generates about $30,000 a year to pay for library collections and programs system-wide.
