Delaware Police Arrest 4 In Graffiti Investigation

NEWARK, Del. (AP) — Newark police say four people, including two juveniles, have been arrested after an investigation into graffiti vandalism.

Authorities say on Aug. 25, 21-year-old Rocco Bradley of Newark was arrested for graffiti and possession of graffiti implements and 19-year-old Zachary Hedinger of Bear was arrested for eight counts each of graffiti and possession of graffiti implements and three counts of trespassing.

Police say Hedinger also was arrested for possession of marijuana and other charges.

Police also say a 17-year-old from Bear was arrested on Aug. 16 for two counts each of graffiti, possession of graffiti implements, trespassing and conspiracy and a 15-year-old from Newark was arrested on Aug. 17 for graffiti and possession of graffiti implements.

    Sentence them to work crews removing the graffiti & trash in the streets that these little black pricks cause.
