Missing Temple Graduate Found Dead In Delaware River

RIVERTON, N.J. (AP) — Police have recovered the body of a recent Temple University graduate who was reported missing Friday from the Delaware River in New Jersey.

A New Jersey State Police marine unit found Roswell Friend’s body in Riverton. An autopsy is pending.

The 22-year-old was a member of Temple’s track team.

Philadelphia police said Friend, who was from Cockeysville, Md., was captured by a campus security camera going for a run on Thursday night.

The Baltimore Sun reported Friend wrote, “Sorry guys” on a note board in his house and posted “I’m sorry everyone” on his Facebook page before he disappeared.

was it suicide,or not.from the story he had alot to look forward to.this makes no sense.a full, thorough investigation is warranted.prayers for his surviving family..

I hope they really find out what happened to him to cause his death and not take the easy route and say it was a suicide. May God take him to his heart where he shall live with him/her forever and comfort those who loved him.

God be with him and his family.
