Eastbound Schuylkill Expressway Buckles Due To Heat

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The heat is causing problems for more than just the city’s residents.

The eastbound side of the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76)—just past University City—has buckled due to the extreme temperatures.

Only one lane is open as crews work on the road. Travelers should expect delays through the evening commute.

For years, we have been paying a Philadelphia School Tax on unearned income. When confronted with the question of how much there is, Mr. Nutter, over a year ago at a meeting in East Oal Lane, claimed he knew nothing of it!

So…how much is there? Where does it go? Where is it accounted? Is it budgeted ot hidden?
