PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A watch that knows how hard you’re working out — that’s next on your tech support.
The Nike+sport watch with GPS from TomTom not only tracks your movement but also calculates how many calories you’re burning along the way. You can map your route with the included software and share it via a website. Plus it keeps track of your progress over time.
The interface on the watch is certainly striking with big bold numbers and a decent-size screen. That may put some people off but at least it’s easy to read while working out.
Using it is fairly intuitive and shouldn’t take much time away from getting to that run or bike ride. Who knows, for some people, it may even be stylish enough to wear out at night, once you clean up.
