PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Small business owners in Camden County can get employee training for free.

The New Jersey Business and Industry Basic Skills Training Program helps employees get the skills they need to excel in the work place.

The state funded program is offered at community colleges and Raymond Yannuzzi, President of Camden County College, says workers can learn a number of things.

“They can learn Microsoft office skills, window’s applications like Excel, Word, Outlook or general writing skills, math skills, English language skills for people who need that, customer service skills, we do a lot of customer service training.”

Classes can take place in the workplace or at the college. Employees must be on the clock at the time and you can learn more at 856-874-6056.
