LANSDALE, Pa. (CBS) - One Powerball ticket that hit Saturday’s $148 million jackpot was sold in Kissimmee, Fla., but a Philadelphia area resident may have a not-too-shabby prize of his or her own.
The Pennsylvania Lottery says a lottery ticket worth $200,000 was sold at the BP gas station in the 800 block of Sumneytown Pike in Lansdale (Montgomery County). The gas station that sold it gets $500.
That slip matched all five white balls — 4, 13, 17, 21, and 45. But it missed out on many millions by not getting the red Powerball, which was 10. Lottery officials are waiting for both the jackpot winner and the Lansdale winner to come forward.
