Home Video Report: Some Second-Tier Releases

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – It’s not exactly a banner week for home video releases, but there are a number of recently released minor entertainments.

For example: Life As We Know It (above), a romantic comedy co-starring Josh Duhamel and Katherine Heigl.

You Again — labeled a “revenge comedy” — features Jamie Lee Curtis, Sigourney Weaver, and Betty White.

My Soul To Take — Wes Craven’s first feature since 1994 — is a grim movie about a serial killer who returns to stalk the children of his original victims.

There’s also Dr. Who – The Movie, out for the first time on DVD.

And if this leaves you hungry for the familiar, there are four Minnie Mouse-themed, never-before-on-DVD episodes from the “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” series, subtitled “Minnie’s Masquerade.”

How’s that for the familiar?
