BEAR, Del. (CBS) - Police in New Castle County are investigating an alleged armed robbery of a pizza delivery man at the Brandywine Woods Apartments Friday night.
Police say the 31-year-old Dominos employee just finished making a transaction at about 11:30 p.m. when the victim was approached by two suspects.
One suspect reportedly threatened the victim with a handgun and demanded money while the other searched for the victim’s car keys. The suspect then entered the victim’s vehicle and removed an undisclosed amount of money, according to police.
Both suspects fled on foot in an unknown direction. The victim was not injured.
The suspects were described as black males, between 18 and 24 years old and six feet tall. One suspect was wearing all black clothing and the second suspect was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt. Both had their faces concealed.
