PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – One of the leading voices in the conservative movement comes to the Kimmel Center to address the Philadelphia speaker series Monday night.

Charles Krauthammer, a Pulitzer Prize winner and Fox news contributor, says the Republican Party can’t capitalize on its current momentum until it decides what and who they want to run for the presidency.

But to many Americans, the leading name in the Republican presidential race, right now, is former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. But Krauthammer thinks Palin can’t win.
