2 Suspects Apprehended After ATV Joyride In Logan, 1 At Large
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police have apprehended two suspects who stole an ATV and went joy riding down train tracks in the Logan section, a third suspect remains at large.
There is no word on what started the chase that ended at about 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
A chase across city roads, parks and eventually the train tracks lasted about an hour as police worked to bring the ATV to a stop.
A heavy police presence remained in the area as officers continued to search for the third suspect.
